Unchecked is not included in the Dialer because it is unsafe and should not
be used unless you read about it first, and then only at your own risk --
in other words, it should be simply a checkbox on a GUI.

(a) Code your application some other way, so that APC ON will be sufficient.

commands, that sets APC to UNCHECKED (not recommended).
